Most recently, I was the Managing Director at 33eleven Partners, a boutique retained search firm specializing in Founder, PE & VC backed technology companies. Recruited by the Founders, I found next-level leaders that made milestones happen - from early stage to IPO for our clients, while also building from the ground up the recruitment delivery function & foundation for the company.
Prior to 33eleven Partners, I developed, executed, and operationalized Talent Acquisition strategies for Waters Corporation, a global $2.5B Life Sciences biotechnology company. Despite its size, the company had no TA organization. Hired as the first ever recruiter, I built and integrated the Talent Acquisition function from the ground up and fostered its global growth (Americas, EU, APAC). Additionally, I executed key senior leadership searches helping Waters acquire transformational talent.
Earlier in my career, I entered the recruiting field by joining a boutique IT staffing firm during the financial crisis. At that time, most of the clients were from the financial services sector. I led a strategic shift in the business, expanding into biotech, pharma and high tech. Notably, I played a key role in recruiting IT leadership for our marquee client Vertex Pharmaceuticals, enabling them to transition from R&D to successfully launching their first drug to market.
I graduated from Bentley University with a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Minor in Business Law.
